Dhaka, Oct. 21 -- A departmental workshop on Typhoid Vaccination Campaign-2025 organised by the National Media Institute (NIMCO) with the participation of media workers working in Khulna was held at the conference room of the Khulna District Commissioner on Monday.
The inaugural session of the workshop was presided over by the Director General (Additional Secretary) of the National Media Institute, Muhammad Hiruzzaman.
In his presidential speech, the Director General said that a large-scale campaign is underway to protect children from typhoid fever by administering Typhoid Conjugate Vaccine (TCV) to about five crore children in the country.
