Dhaka, April 19 -- The Jatiya Nagorik Party (NCP) has announced plans to form a disciplinary and investigation committee to look into allegations of anti-organisational conduct by some of its leaders and activists.

The committee is set to be formally announced on Sunday, April 20.

The decision was taken during the party's third general meeting held at Rupayan Tower in Dhaka's Bangla Motor on Friday, April 18.

The decision was made in a statement issued by the party's joint member secretary Saleh Uddin Sifat.
