Dhaka, June 23 -- The National Citizen Party (NCP) on Sunday formally submitted its application to the Election Commission (EC), seeking registration as a political party and proposing "waterlily" as its preferred electoral symbol.Alongside "waterlily," the party also listed "pen" and "mobile phone" as alternate options for its electoral emblem.
