Dhaka, April 28 -- National Legal Aid Day was celebrated in Sylhet with the slogan 'There is no joy in conflict, make peace - there is no worry when there is Legal Aid'. On this occasion, a colorful rally and discussion meeting was held on Monday morning at the initiative of the District Legal Aid. The discussion meeting held at Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court conference room organized by the District Legal Aid Committee. Sylhet District and Sessions Judge (Acting) Mahmudul Hasan said that access to justice is a constitutional right of the people. In many cases, ordinary people can be deprived of justice due to various complications including economic discrimination. Justice must be ensured for the incompetent people.
