Dhaka, May 30 -- The work on the movie 'Kustigir' was completed in 2022. The movie received clearance from the Censor Board that same year. After that, no further news of the film's release was available.
'Kustigir' is seeing the light of day three years after receiving its clearance. However, the film is not being released in theaters, but on television.
The movie 'Kustigir' will be screened on Channel i on the second day of Eid-ul-Azha.
Regarding the release of the film on television instead of in theaters, director Shahin Sumon said, "This decision was made due to the small number of cinema halls instead of releasing the film in theatres.
