Dhaka, Jan. 23 -- A mother named Rima Begum has been accused of drowning her 3-year-old twin sons in water in Kulaura Upazila of Moulvibazar. This incident took place in Uttarbhag village of Baramchal union of the upazila in the late night of Saturday. The names of the two children killed are Radian Ahmad (3) and Rayyan Ahmad (3).
