Dhaka, Dec. 3 -- Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club split point with Fortis Football Club when their match ended in a 1-1 goal draw in their group B match of Federation Cup Football that resumed after over a month of recess on Tuesday.
In the day's match, Nigerian forward Onekachi Okafor put Fortis ahead in the 28th minute but Ghanaian forward Samuel Boateng denied Fortis victory scoring a goal for Mohammedan in the 86th minute of the match held at Shaheed Dhirendranath Datta Stadium in Cumilla. With the day's outcome, the traditional black and white Motijheel outfits Mohammedan stand top of the group B with four points from two matches while Fortis Football Club collected two points playing the same number of matches.
