Dhaka, Aug. 29 -- The 29th Annual General Meeting of Meghna Life Insurance PLC was held on a virtual platform on Thursday. The meeting approved a 15 per cent cash dividend for ordinary shareholders.

The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the company NizamUddin Ahmed and was attended by Vice Chairman NasirUddin Ahmed (Pavel), Director RiazUddin Ahmed, A.N.M. Fazlul Karim Munshi, Md. Moin Uddin, Sabita Ferdousi, Sharmin Nasir, DilrubaSharmin and Professor Ansar Ali along with other directors and senior officials including Chief Executive Officer (In-charge) Mohammed Tarek FCA were connected virtually, says a press release.
