Dhaka, June 18 -- Rangpur's GI product 'Haribhanga mangoes' have started coming to the market. A meeting of the Deputy Commissioner with broken mango farmers and traders was held in Mithapukur, Rangpur. The meeting was held at the Padaganj School and College grounds on Tuesday, organised by the MithapukurUpazila Administration and Mithapukur Agriculture Office. Earlier, the marketing of Harbhanga mangoes by tearing mangoes in Ayub Ali's garden in KhoragachMandalpara village was inaugurated by Rangpur Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate, Mohammad Rabiul Faisal, as the chief guest.
