Dhaka, March 13 -- Mahmudullah Riyad retired from International cricket on Wednesday. Earlier, Riyad retired from Test cricket and International Twenty20 (T20I) cricket. Yesterday the veteran and legend cricketer officially announced that he would retire from One Day International (ODI) cricket.
He gave a post on his Facebook on Wednesday last. He wrote, "All praises only for the Almighty Allah. I have decided to retire from international cricket.
I would like to thank all of my teammates, coaches & specially my fans who have always supported me.
A big thank to my parents, specially my father & most importantly my brother Emdad Ullah who has been there for me constantly since my childhood as my coach & mentor.
