Dhaka, May 16 -- Star all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has been picked by the Lahore Qalandars for the remainder of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), a source confirmed the development to Cricfrenzy.The PSL was halted midway due to escalating tensions between India and Pakistan. However, following a ceasefire agreement, the tournament is scheduled to resume on May 17. Yet, several overseas players are unavailable either due to international duties or security concerns, leading the league to face a shortage of foreign talent. As a result, a supplementary draft may be held to fill the gaps.

According to the revised schedule, Lahore Qalandars will face Peshawar Zalmi on May 18 at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
