Kuliarchar fake food, juice factory fined Tk 1 lakh

Dhaka, March 31 -- A mobile court of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB -14) has drives a vermicelli factory and sealed an adulterated juice, chatni, chocolate and pickle factory in Kuliarchar of Kishoreganj on Wednesday noon.

The court, led by the UNO in Kuliarchar also Executive Magistrate Farjana Alam, supported by members of RAB-14 in Bhairab camp conducted the drive at Tasnova Enterprise , a factory.

UNO, also Executiv Magistrate Farjana Alam imposed fined Tk.1 lakh, destroyed and sealed the fake juice, drink and food items. The court also sealed Soniya Consumer Goods Factory for making adulterated juice, chatni, chocolate and pickles.
