Dhaka, Dec. 30 -- Bollywood director and actor Aamir Khan's ex-wife Kiran Rao has been admitted to the hospital after falling ill.

She had to undergo an emergency surgery. Now that she has recovered somewhat, she has shared her experience with her fans on social media.

Recently, Kiran posted some pictures from the hospital on her Instagram handle. In picture, she can be seen wearing a hospital tag on her wrist, which reads 'Kiran Aamir Rao Khan'.

In another picture, her lips are seen swollen. Kiran said that her lips got swollen due to a side effect of some medicine or an allergy.
