Dhaka, April 26 -- "Khulna Day-2025" was celebrated on Friday by the Greater Khulna Development Action Coordination Committee. Mr. Firoz Sarkar, (Additional Secretary) Divisional Commissioner, Khulna, inaugurated the 143rd anniversary celebration of Khulna District with the release of balloons, festoons and pigeons. Khulna Metropolitan Police Commissioner Mr. Md. Zulfikar Ali Haider and Mr. Md. Rezaul Haque, PPM, Range DIG, Khulna were present as special guests in the ceremony. Then, on the occasion of "Khulna Day", a colorful rally was held from Tentultala intersection to Shibbari intersection in Khulna Metropolitan City.
