Dhaka, Dec. 6 -- BNP Chairperson's personal physician and BNP Standing Committee Member Dr AZM Zahid Hossain today said that the transfer of BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia to London by an air ambulance for advanced treatment might be further delayed.

He said, "The air ambulance that was supposed to take Begum Zia abroad could not arrive due to a technical glitch. Furthermore, the members of the medical board held an urgent meeting and decided that it would not be appropriate for her to fly at that moment. That is why the matter of taking Khaleda Zia abroad is being delayed, and perhaps it will be delayed further as well."
