Dhaka, Dec. 1 -- The physical condition of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia has seen no significant change, said the party's Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi on Sunday.

"According to the latest information we received today, her overall condition remains the same," Rizvi told an urgent press conference at the BNP's central office in Nayapaltan.

He added that the medical team has not yet provided any recommendation regarding sending Khaleda Zia abroad for advanced treatment.

Quoting the physicians, he stated, "Her condition hasn't worsened, but we cannot report any notable improvement either."
