Dhaka, Aug. 16 -- The fitness camp for the cricketers named in Bangladesh's preliminary Asia Cup squad has concluded, with bat-and-ball skill training beginning on Friday at the BCB-NCA Ground of the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur.
The session, which started at 2 p.m., drew significant media attention to newly appointed power-hitting coach Julian Wood. Although he has already conducted a few sessions with local coaches and the women's team since arriving in Bangladesh, today marked his first involvement with the national side's training.
