Dhaka, Nov. 13 -- The Jahangirnagar University Central Students' Union (JUCSU) has undertaken several initiatives to ensure student safety, healthcare, and transport facilities on and around the campus.
The steps include strengthening security along the Dhaka-Aricha highway adjacent to the university, resuming auto-rickshaw movement within the campus, and modernising the university medical centre.
Following JUCSU's demand, a team from the Roads and Highways Department (RHD), under the instruction of theadviser to the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges, visited the highway area from C&B to Bishmail near the campus.
