Dhaka, March 22 -- Bangladesh and Japan have agreed to sign the economic partnership agreement (EPA) by the end of 2025 or early 2026 when Bangladesh is expected to graduate from LDC.

JBCCI emphasized that EPA is an important instrument to expand trade & investment between Japan & Bangladesh.

In link with that JBCCI has formed a Standing Committee focusing on EPA (Economic Partnership Agreement) to extend support and facilitate the activities of EPA in different stages.

JBCCI in collaboration with JETRO and JCIAD, supported by Embassy of Japan organized a seminar on EPA Study Report on Thursday at the Embassy of Japan in the capital.
