Dhaka, Sept. 18 -- Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh has expressed support for implementing the July Charter through a constitutional order, said party Assistant Secretary General Rafiqul Islam Khan on Wednesday.Speaking to journalists after a meeting with the Consensus Commission at the Foreign Service Academy, he added that the party also advocated for holding a referendum.
"The July Charter embodies the rightful demands of 18 crore people of Bangladesh," Rafiqul Islam stated.
