Dhaka, Dec. 19 -- A team of final-year undergraduate students of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) has won the 3-Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition Bangladesh 2025.

The competition was held on October 12, 2025, through a virtual platform coordinated from Dhaka by Elite Research Lab LLC.

The student team - Team THREE - comprised Yousra Tabassum, Nusrat Sultana, and Anika Islam, who represented IUB's Center for Computational and Data Sciences (CCDS). They advanced through the poster submission stage, the recorded presentation stage, and the live virtual presentation stage to secure the top position, says a press release.
