Dhaka, Jan. 28 -- International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) Special Prosecutor Advisor, Barrister Toby Cadman, expressed hope on Monday that India would support the truth and respond positively to Bangladesh's note verbale requesting the repatriation of ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, for the sake of justice.
"The Foreign Ministry has appropriately called for her extradition from India. It is now India's turn to decide whether they will stand for justice or protect her from accountability.
I hope they will choose to support justice moving forward," Cadman said during a press briefing at the ICT.
