Dhaka, Dec. 10 -- International Human Rights Day was celebrated at Pirganj Upazila under Thakurgaon district with the theme 'We are with those who have nothing and those who have no one, human rights are essential in our daily lives. A rally and discussion meeting was held on Wednesday in collaboration with the upazila administration, organized by the non-governmental organization Community Development Association (CDA).
