Dhaka, June 21 -- BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed on Friday alleged that Indian policymakers are engaged in a conspiracy to 'rehabilitate' the Awami League, which he described as a "fallen fascist force."

Speaking to journalists during a visit to BNP veteran Abu Taher Pramanik in Pabna's Chatmohar upazila, Rizvi claimed that the neighbouring country began plotting "targeted conspiracies" following a recent meeting between Nobel Laureate Dr Muhammad Yunus and BNP's Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman in London.
