Dhaka, July 10 -- The people of Barishal have been exhausted by the continuous rain for four days.This rain disrupts normal life in Barishal city and surrounding areas, but brings smiles to farmers.Many are forced to spending their time indoors due to the rain.
Daily wage based working people, students and low-income people are in extreme trouble due to rain.
Anisur Rahman, Officer-in-Charge of the Barisal Weather Observatory, said that 83.1 millimeters of rainfall was recorded from 3 pm on Monday to 3 pm on Tuesday, i.e. in 24 hours. This is seasonal rainfall. It usually rains like this during the monsoon.
