Dhaka, Dec. 19 -- IDLCOM Online Ltd has declared a 5 per cent cash dividend and a 5 per cent stock dividend for the financial year ended June 30, 2025, subject to the consent of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).The company announced the dividend at its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was held virtually on Thursday (18 December 2025) at 10:30am using a digital platform.
