Dhaka, May 21 -- The Chief Prosecutor of the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT), Advocate Tazul Islam, has said that the courtroom has been equipped with digital technology to conduct live the trials of crimes against humanity committed in July-August.
He shared this information in a Facebook post on Tuesday.In the post, Tazul Islam wrote, "Any phase of the judicial trial may be broadcast in the media or on social platforms either live or as a recorded version, subject to court approval."
Meanwhile, the High Court has issued a rule asking why instructions should not be given to broadcast the hearings of important and constitutional cases filed in the Supreme Court live.
