Dhaka, Feb. 21 -- Since we became aware of our national identity, we have recognised the significance of Language Day. Most of us are familiar with its history. However, if we examine our current education system, we find multiple streams-English medium, Madrasa education, and Bengali medium. As a result, the widespread promotion and expansion of the Bengali language are not happening as effectively as they should.Individuals can belong to any educational background. In this era of globalisation, our education system should align with international standards while reflecting diverse cultures and religions. This is what we refer to as harmony.
