Dhaka, Jan. 11 -- Three tin-shed rooms in the house of a jailed man named Rabiul Karim were burnt to ashes in Baraigramn of Natore. The family is currently staying under the open sky. The incident took place in Gurmshail village of the upazila on Tuesday afternoon.
Rabiul Karim's wife Sahana Khatun said that recently in an incident her husband was sentenced to prison through a mobile court. He is currently in Natore jail.
As there was no other male person at home, she went to Bonpara market on Tuesday afternoon to shop. At that time, the fire started from the kitchen room and the three tin shed rooms of the house and all the belongings including five thousand taka in cash in these rooms were burnt to ashes.
