Dhaka, Dec. 7 -- Matlab Dakhshin Upazila Health Complex's Emergency Department was vandalised by angry mob centering the death of a college student due to the alleged negligence of on- duty doctor on Thursday .
The deceased student was identified as Sifat(21), son of Md Sharif Khan -resident of Charmukundi village under Matlab Paura area . He was a student of HSC Class at Matlab Govt Degree College.
Family sources said, Sifat was suffering from acute fever at his home on Thursday noon.
Then he was rushed and admitted to Matlab Health Complex and was treated by Dr Mosharraf. He was given a bed on the verandah for want of any seat due to the rush of patients.
