Dhaka, Jan. 28 -- The High Court (HC) has suspended the recruitment of 3,534 individuals for the positions of Junior Instructor and Physical Education Instructor at various polytechnic institutes and technical schools and colleges across the country, under the Technical and Madrasa Education Boards. These recruitments were conducted for the 9th and 10th grades (non-cadre) under the Public Service Commission (PSC).
On Monday, a High Court bench comprising Justice Md. Akram Hossain Chowdhury and Justice KM Rasheduzzaman Raja issued a rule questioning why the recruitment should not be declared illegal. Alongside, the recruitment has been suspended for three months.
