Dhaka, Feb. 3 -- Selector Abdul Hannan Sarkar submitted his resignation letter to BCB's Head of Cricket Operations Committee Najmul Abedin Fahim on Saturday night. Hannan Sarkar acknowledged he is not interested to work as selector of BCB. He is interested to work as coach.

Hannan Sarkar submitted his resignation during the Dutch- Bangla Bank Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Cricket. Hannan Sarkar will act until February 28. After that he will be no more in his post as a selector of BCB. Hannan Sarkar was appointed as the selector and assisted Chief Selector of Bangladesh Cricket team from February 12 of 2024.
