Dhaka, Oct. 21 -- Two people who were arrested in connection with their involvement in the gang-rape of a teenage girl in Feni's Dewanganj upazila confessed to their crimes.
The accused, rickshaw puller Md Riad (30) and barber shop staff Chotan Chandra Shil (24) confessed their involvement in the crime before the court of Feni's Senior Judicial Magistrate Md Jakir Hossain on Tuesday after they were produced before the court.
They were arrested from different areas of Feni on Monday, said Md Alamgir Hossain, officer-in-charge of Feni Model Police Station.
