Dhaka, Oct. 10 -- In Shibganj, Chapainawabganj, free winter vegetable seeds and chemical fertilisers were distributed among 1,100 small and marginal farmers.
On Thursday afternoon, under the Agricultural Incentive Programme for the 2025-26 fiscal year, the distribution programme was organised by the Upazila Agriculture Extension Office in front of the Upazila Agriculture Office.
The programme was inaugurated by Upazila Executive Officer Md. Azahar Ali.
Also present at the event were Upazila Agriculture Officer Noyon Mia, Senior Upazila Fisheries Officer Sanjay Kumar Sarkar, Upazila Livestock Officer Dr. Shahadat Hossain, Agriculture Extension Officer Abdullah Al Azadi, and others.
