Dhaka, July 17 -- Under the Agricultural Rehabilitation Incentive Program, 140 palm tree saplings and materials were distributed free of cost to educational institutions in Chitalmari Upazila under Bagerhat district to increase production in the 2024-25 financial year, organized by the Upazila Agricultural Extension Department.
The saplings were distributed at the Upazila Agriculture Office premises on Tuesday at 11 am with Tapas Das, UNO (Upazila Nirbahi Officer) of Chitalmari in the chair.
