Dhaka, May 21 -- Due to the heavy rains in the last 24 hours due to the influence of monsoon winds, the water level of all rivers in Sylhet division is rising rapidly, but no river has crossed the danger mark yet. Due to the heavy rains, waterlogging has occurred in several low-lying areas of the district, including some areas of Sylhet city.
