Dhaka, Sept. 19 -- The 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of First Finance Limited for the year ended December 31, 2024, was successfully held on recently.

The meeting was conducted through a hybrid system at the TCB Auditorium, TCB Bhaban, 1 Kawran Bazar, in the capital, in the presence of the company's shareholders.

The meeting was presided over by Masud Hossain Khan, Chairman of the Company. Other Board members present included Abu Zakir, Vice-Chairman & Nominated Director; Md. Altaf Hossain, Nominated Director; Ms. Amatun Noor, Nominated Director; and Md. Habibur Rahman, Independent Director.
