Dhaka, Feb. 26 -- National Film Award-winning filmmaker Zahidur Rahim Anjan, renowned for movie titled 'Meghmallar', is no more. Director Amitabh Reza Chowdhury informed that Anjan passed away last night while receiving treatment in Bengaluru, India. He was 60. Anjan had reportedly been suffering from liver complications for a long time so he had been receiving treatment at a hospital in Bengaluru for several months. Last week, his doctors decided to proceed with a liver transplant. However, after the surgery, the late director's condition deteriorated, and he was placed on life support.
