Dhaka, Dec. 8 -- Feni District Civil Surgeon Dr. Mohammad Rubaiyat Bin Karim placed a wreath at the District Liberation War Memorial on behalf of the District Health Department on the occasion of Feni Liberation Day on Saturday. Present at the time were Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer of Sadar Upazila Dr. Saiful Islam, Medical Officer of the Civil Surgeon's Office Dr. Md. Imam Hossain, Dr. Rashedul Hasan and other officials of the District Health Department. After that, the Civil Surgeon participated in a colorful rally organized by the district administration.
