Dhaka, July 8 -- Noted Lalon singer Farida Parveen has been ill for a long time. She is suffering from kidney and diabetes problems.

This artiste developed a physical problem while undergoing dialysis and was taken to the ICU.

Since then, it has been spread on social media that Farida Parveen is unable to seek treatment due to lack of money. She was urged to come forward for medical assistance.

Farida Parveen's husband and noted instrumentalist Gazi Abdul Hakim shared that while her condition has somewhat stabilised, her overall health remains critical.
