Dhaka, Oct. 20 -- BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir held a meeting with nomination aspirants from constituencies in the Sylhet division ahead of the upcoming national parliamentary election.
The meeting took place at the BNP Chairperson's Gulshan office on Sunday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., attended by around 80 nomination seekers from the 19 constituencies across Sylhet, Sunamganj, Moulvibazar, and Habiganj districts.
According to several nomination aspirants who attended the meeting and later spoke to journalists, the Secretary General first met with aspirants from Sunamganj, followed by Sylhet, Moulvibazar, and Habiganj, holding separate discussions with each district group.
