Dhaka, Feb. 6 -- Three persons were arrested including Jinn-exorcist Riazuddin Fakir,48, his wife Taslima Aktar Lucky, 42, and their son Tawhidur Rahman, 18, by Unit-8 of RAB-8 on Tuesday noon from Ruapatali area of the city for killng a man in the name of treatment on Saturday at Awaliapur under Bakerganj upazila.
The arrestees in interrogation acknowledged their role and involvement with the killing and later handed over to Bakerganj police station, said Abul Kalam police station in charge.
Mentionable Abul Kalam Mridha, 48, reportedly psychologically-ill, was killed allegedly being beaten and drowned for 101-times in the pond in the name of jinn-exorcism at Awliapur in Bakerganj of Barishal on Saturday.
