Dhaka, Oct. 16 -- Mohammad Khurshid Alam, former RAJUK member (State and Land), fled the court premises despite filing a surrender application in a case filed by the Capital Development Authority (RAJUK) over alleged abuse of power in government plot allocations in the Purbachal New City project.The case was scheduled for testimony at Dhaka Special Judge Court-5 on Wednesday. Khurshid Alam, the fifth accused, appeared in court through his lawyer and applied for bail.
