Dhaka, July 1 -- Following a thumping 7-0 win over Bahrain in their opening match of the AFC Women's Asian Cup Australia 2026 Qualifiers, the Bangladesh women's national football team underwent a light recovery session on Monday.
The players participated in a morning swimming session, followed by an afternoon stretching session to aid recovery and maintain flexibility, said a Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) press release on Monday.
Later in the evening, the team held a tactical meeting, where the coaching staff reviewed key moments from the Bahrain match and began preparations for their upcoming fixture against host nation Myanmar, scheduled for July 2 at the Thuwunna Stadium.
