Dhaka, July 24 -- The inaugural edition of Euro T20 Slam has been postponed and will now be held in 2021, following the decision of the board, due to the uncertainty created by the coronavirus pandemic.

Efforts were made to find a window in 2020 between talks over recent months by organisers, financial backers and the cricket boards of Ireland, Scotland and Netherlands but uncertainty over the resumption of cricket continued.
