Dhaka, July 17 -- The European Union (EU) has commended Bangladesh for its low-cost health innovations and advanced vaccine and genome research, highlighting their potential benefits globally.

Dr. Bernd Spanier, Charge d'affaires of the EU Delegation to Bangladesh, expressed this appreciation during a visit to the icddr,b in Dhaka, one of the world's leading health research institutes, reports BSS.

Dr. Spanier noted that Bangladesh's cutting-edge work in vaccines and affordable health solutions serves as an inspiration and could significantly help other countries.
