Dhaka, Feb. 18 -- The Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock has announced that fish, meat, milk, and eggs will be sold at fair prices in 25 locations across Dhaka to ensure affordability during the upcoming Ramadan. The initiative was disclosed by the ministry's advisor, Farida Akhter, during a press conference at the Secretariat on Monday (February 17).

From the 1st to the 28th of Ramadan, the initiative will provide essential food items at reduced prices to maintain supply and stabilize costs.

The government will facilitate the sale of broiler chicken, eggs, pasteurized milk, and beef at designated locations throughout the capital.
