India, Jan. 13 -- Bollywood's internal rivalries and the violent attitude towards the success of colleagues is an open secret in the Indian entertainment industry.

Now, actor Emraan Hashmi has expressed his anger against it. While talking about success of recently released film 'Dhurandhar' and atmosphere in the industry, he claimed that instead of applauding someone's success in Bollywood, they try to bring them down.

Expressing his displeasure with current environment in Bollywood, the actor said, "Our mentality here is very low.

When a film is successful, instead of praising it, everyone is busy trying to put it behind them."
