He made this call while delivering speech as the chief guest at the award-giving ceremony for the best-performing students of the secondary and higher secondary level for the years 2022 and 2023, held at the conference room of the International Mother Language Institute, reports BSS.The event was organized by the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education under the Performance-Based Grants for Secondary Institutions (PBGSI) scheme.
