Dhaka, Sept. 26 -- The construction work of a proposed eco park project has officially begun on the banks of the Meghna River near Bishnandi Ferry Ghat in Araihazar, Narayanganj.
The project, initiated by the district administration with support from the upazila administration, was inaugurated on Thursday (September 25) by Narayanganj Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Zahidul Islam Mia.
Present at the foundation-laying ceremony were Araihazar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Sheikh Md. Mamunur Rashid, Assistant Commissioner (Land) Naeem Uddin, Upazila Engineer Saiful Islam, and several other officials.
